Which rights do you hold regarding biometric data, image data and erasure requests?

1. Core rights

You hold access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability rights. Exercise them from your account settings.

2. Regarding biometric data

Sherlook does not retain biometric templates permanently; templates and images are deleted once the analysis completes, minimising risk.

3. How to apply

Submit your request via support; we respond within legal deadlines. You may contact the supervisory authority if needed.
